Welcome

Thank you for taking time to find out more about me and my work.

I’m passionate about what I do because I feel strongly that our emotional health is every bit as important as our physical health. I’m pleased that more conversations about mental health are being brought out into the open, but there is still a way to go. Although we are all familiar with the importance of exercise, eating well, good sleep and so on for our physical health, sadly supporting our mental health is too often considered a luxury or overlooked completely. 

I’d like to change this because I really believe that through therapy we can all lead a more content life, free from unnecessary overwhelm or distress.

I love the work I do, and I treat every client relationship with care, discretion and respect. I take a straight-forward approach and I’m genuinely optimistic about what we can achieve together. In my experience change and healing is possible with the right commitment and support.

Experience and Qualifications

I have an MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling and I’m a registered member of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). This means I adhere to their high standards of professional practice and code of ethics. I also have a commitment to my own professional training and personal development for the benefit of my clients.

I have over ten years’ experience of coaching and trained with Newfield’s Certified Coach Training program which is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
