Change, adversity and stress in life are inevitable. Sometimes these will be huge and glaring; a divorce, an illness or a bereavement. Other times they are more subtle and harder to define; the transition into motherhood, or a creeping dissatisfaction with your chosen career. Change can also be positive: a new job or a new relationship for example, but it can still shake our world and unsettle what we thought we knew about ourselves. Sometimes we lack the ability to recognize or handle these challenges well.
Our coaching sessions will give you the space you need to explore what is happening in your life, and how you really feel about it. We will define your goals and step by step, take the actions needed to reach them. You will discover how different areas of your life are linked, and how tackling issues in just one area can have a positive effect on your overall wellbeing.
