Olwen is an incredibly skilled and sensitive coach to the extent that, for me, her techniques and processes are only detectable by their brilliant results. The support she provides and the outcomes she achieves are certainly compelling.

From a strong relationship built on trust and confidence, Olwen quietly observes, listens and questions to understand a situation. Her non-judgemental encouragement leads me to a more objective assessment of a situation and ultimately a positive revaluation or resolution.

I found Olwen as a life coach 18 months ago. To be honest I had no idea what I needed but due to several life changing events I knew I needed something! I am 63. I wasn’t looking for a career change (I have two under my belt) and I wasn’t sure what areas of my life needed addressing or indeed if a life coach was the answer.
