Why seek help?

Change, adversity and stress in life are inevitable, we all experience them from time to time. Sometimes they will be obvious; a divorce, an illness or a bereavement that rocks our world. Other times they are more subtle and harder to define; inexplicable anxiety and depression, a sense of isolation or a creeping dissatisfaction with a career, a relationship or even yourself.

It’s not always easy to handle or even recognise these challenges on our own. Therapy can help you explore what you are feeling and understand the root causes of any issues so that you can move forward. Asking for help can have a positive and sustainable impact on your mental health.

You are not alone, and you don’t need to be at crisis point before you ask for help.

How I can help you
