Working Together

My aim is to empower you to meet and exceed your personal goals. Our coaching sessions will allow you to explore what’s important to you, and uncover what might be standing in the way of your goals. We can build on existing strengths and challenge unhelpful beliefs or behaviours to find ways to break old habits or start positive new ones. Through our sessions you will take a fresh perspective on life, and develop valuable skills to build your confidence, self-esteem and resilience.

Step 1: Introductory phone call

We will have an initial phone conversation to chat though your questions and expectations, and to see if we feel comfortable with each other. There is no charge for this, and no commitment to continue with coaching if you don’t feel it’s right for you at the moment.

Step 2: Initial consultation

We arrange our first session, either in person at my practice near Guildford, Surrey, or remotely using my online coaching workspace. During this 50 minute session I will introduce you to coaching in more detail, and take time to get know you better and understand your concerns and goals.

Step 3: The plan

Following the initial consultation, I will propose a schedule of sessions (face to face or online, whichever suits you better) with a plan for addressing the areas you would like to focus on. This is typically six 50 minute sessions on a time scale that suits you.

Step 4: Progress

Your sessions will be fully tailored to give you what you need, and we will work at a pace that suits you and your priorities. I will guide you as you devise and explore your own route map.

Course of six 50 minute sessions £320 or £60 per session
To get the most out of your coaching, courses require a minimum commitment of at least 6 sessions.
